Seal problem

Well, it appears I am not alone on this matter! I love the tumbler, but with no working seal its pretty much useless!!! Can Oil Life fix this problem and send us a proper seal that will work??

Disappointed with the lid

Love the color. Love the metal straw. Love that it keeps my drink cold for a long time. But, when it arrived, the seal wasn’t on the lid and despite having put it back on, it doesn’t stay, making the lid pop up, rather than fitting snuggly. I also wish the lid had been metal, so I could use
lemon in it.

I love the color and size of the tumbler. It keeps my water super cold! However, when it arrived, the seal wasn't on the lid properly and despite having put it back on, it constantly needs adjusting.
