I had an issue with the top of my roller balls and they are sending a replacement. Great customer service.
I love the look of the bottles, but found the steel roller to not function very well. I'v only used 2 of the bottles. One of the bottles the steel ball fell out and I've tried everything to get it to go back in to no avail. The second roller - well - I roll it 10 times and barely get anything out. Might work for some applications, but not for what I wanted to do.
