Love, love with 2 issues:

I am on my second one I bought #1 when it first showed up on your website. The zipper is a problem and both have had that challenge. I tossed #1 and bought #2 but the elastic to hold the bottles is loosening again. I try to be careful when I have oils on my hands and I try to remember to wipe them on a tissue before putting them back in the elastic; but over time they lose elasticity. The bottles in purse #2 are looser and drop out into my backpack easily if I am not diligent about zipping it up. Zipping is easy to remember when all I'm touching is a roller bottles but it's at the grocery when I'm reaching into to get my debit card/cash and swipe it and tuck it or the change back in and toss then unconsciously drop the clutch in the backpack. I wish I had a great suggestion, but I don't.

Good at first but zipper gave away, and I used it for only a few weeks! Disappointed in the quality.

Good at first

I am a leather purse lady and thought I would give Vegan Leather a chance. That would be a big "NO".
The vegan leather starts to peel and with the top zipper zipped, the zipper pulls apart,
If this bag was truly a LEATHER bag, I would love it. I like the style and design but not the cheap vegan leather. I'm hoping a leather one is in the making.
